I will only go here as it does not have tire guides that will mess up low profile painted rims. Had entire car covered with bird poop so paid for higher end wash, asked to go through again to get residual off and the staff took extra time to scrub and add more prewash, and the dirty deed got done! Kudos for the customer service and with a smile.

This is my go-to car wash! Located near the sams club&walmart in gurnee I was able to get a quick $4.95 car wash and head to the stores. They even manually scrub your windshield AND your tires before the car wash even starts and the man in the front was friendly! After the carwash I did notice the hood still had bird poop stains and the windshield had some dead bugs left on it so I had to go in a scrub those off. Other than that, everything else was good! The vacuum area is spacious too.

Seemed solid enough for the cost until I parked and actually got a decent look. Paid for the top tier wash just to have a dirty/dusty car

I purchased their ceramic monthly car wash for $49.95 and a few weeks later I got a text for 20% off of the monthly. I thought it was a good deal so I went with it. I asked the service guy what happens with my $49.95 monthly charge. He told me it will fall off and cancel out. Lies!! A couple months later I checked my statement and found out they were double charging me 49.95 + 37.46 on 2 different credit cards because I couldn’t put the discounted membership on the same card because “it has an existing account, I assume they do this so you don’t notice as easily. I’ve heard there are car washes that do the same thing. Don’t trust ANY monthly car wash monthly membership. If you wash your car once a week during snow salt season that’s enough and cheaper and they can’t steal your money that way. I tried to cancel both accounts and they never do. I watched the man in the computer “cancel” both accounts, it didn’t cancel anything. It’s a total scam with scam software that’s programmed to steal your money. The only way to “cancel” your account is the change your credit card number. I’ll never sign up for a monthly again. My daughter had the same problem and the representative at the cre

I used to go to this car wash until I noticed some damage to my car, After reviewing the cameras, I realized that the damage occurred at this location. I went back to the car wash to speak to someone, but they only asked me for my name and number and said that someone else would call me ( I never received a call ) After a few days, I went back to talk to someone else, but they told me "they had never had those problems before" After showing them the damage and the video, they told me the only thing they could do was give me a free car wash. but I preferred not to go back again.
